Turn-key projects Complete Design Contracts Limited offer a full design and build package. We provide on site survey and design service complete with detailed specification of works required.

We project manage all our design and built projects which include site meetings, client meetings, design works and budget pricing from start to completion. We also have our own in-house controlled services which include curtains, stained glass, carpet/flooring and decoration. We also manufacture our own skirting, dado rails, picture rails, cornice, windows/frames, staircases, doors/frames etc. Where subcontracters are employed we only use companies which are experienced in our area of business. In the majority of cases these companies will have previously carried out subcontracted work for CDC.
